MARINE SERVICES OPERATIONS

NEWDOCK has established an extensive history of servicing and repairing vessels of various sizes and configurations dating back to 1886. The center of our world-class ship repair/refit facility consists of a 4,000-tonne marine elevator that services three 100-meter berths and a separate 174-meter Graving Dock. Four piers further complement these dry docking capabilities. This combination of infrastructure has permitted us to have six or more vessels out of the water at any one given time and illustrates the expanded flexibility and work scheduling we are able to provide our customers. In excess of 600 vessels have undergone various refit and repair work over the past 10 years and include Canadian Navy Frigates, Canadian Navy Tugboats, Offshore Supply vessels, Seismic vessels, various types of Fishing vessels, Commercial Tugboats, Canadian Guard vessels and Barges of various configurations.

NEWDOCK's highly skilled and dedicated workforce, coupled with the accompanied infrastructure, equipment and proven customer commitment, allows us to boast being one of the top ship repair facilities in North America.
